Do I need an account?
No. Everything works from Telegram: open the bot and you're done. The web account is optional.
What's the difference between Free and Plus?
Both alert you in the bot and have filters, search, launches, pre-orders, quiet hours, pause, the restock schedule and the Telegram community. On Free the alert arrives 10 minutes late and you get up to 3 alerts of your own. On Plus it arrives instantly, before anyone else, and you get up to 25 alerts of your own and cart and quick buy.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Tap “Try 7 days free” in the bot and you get full Plus instantly, no card. It can only be used once per Telegram account. When it ends, you stay on Free or subscribe.
How do I pay?
Send /premium to the bot and it takes you to our website, where you pay with Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay…). As soon as it's confirmed, the bot activates Plus.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there's no commitment. From “Manage subscription” you cancel in one click and keep Plus until the end of the paid month. After that you stay on the free plan.
Which shops do you watch?
We watch 176 shops in Spain and the rest of Europe, from big chains to specialist stores. We keep adding new ones.
Only Spanish products?
No: we watch every edition. With the bot's filters you choose which languages you want, on any plan.
What if I miss an alert?
When a product sells out, we mark the alert as sold out so you know how long it lasted. With /horario you can see when each shop usually restocks.
Don't let the next restock catch you late.
Start free in the bot or try Plus for 7 days, no card, and get the next alert before anyone else. If you don't like it, you pay nothing.
