01Who we are

tcgdropalerts.com is a service of Ilia Maquilón Pérez. Their full details (tax ID and address) are in the Legal notice. You can write to us at [email protected].

These terms govern the use of the website, the community channel and group and the Telegram bot of TCG Drop Alerts (together, “the service”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

02What we offer

We tell you when we detect that a sealed Pokémon TCG product (ETBs, displays, tins, collections, blisters or packs) is back in stock, goes on pre-order or drops in price at one of the stores we watch, with a direct link to the product page. We don't alert about single cards or accessories.

We are a stock bot: we inform, we don't advise you to buy, open or invest. We don't sell products or take part in the purchase: you buy directly from the store, under its own conditions. The Cardmarket prices we show are for reference only. TCG Drop Alerts is not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo or any store.

03Your account

• You must be at least 14 to create an account. To buy Plus you must be of legal age or have permission from your parent or guardian.
• The details you give us must be real and up to date.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• If you think someone has got into your account, tell us as soon as possible at [email protected].

04Plans and prices

Plus can be tried free for 7 days, once per Telegram account and without a card. If you don't subscribe when the trial ends, you go back to the Free plan at no cost. If you had more alerts of your own than the Free plan allows, only the 3 oldest ones work.

Prices include VAT. Plus is monthly only. Delay times are each plan's target and may vary slightly. Premium and Platinum are no longer sold.

05Payments, renewal and cancellation

• Paid plans are charged in advance through Stripe.
• It renews automatically at the end of each month until you cancel it. There's no commitment.
• You can cancel whenever you want in Settings → Plan and billing. You keep the plan until the end of the paid period.
• We don't refund periods already started, unless the law requires it or in the case of withdrawal.
• If we change a price, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before it applies.

06Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from buying a paid plan to withdraw without giving any reason. Write to us at [email protected] to say so.

As the plan starts as soon as you buy it, at your request, if you withdraw we'll refund what you paid minus the proportional part of the service already provided. The refund will be made within 14 days, by the same payment method.

07Acceptable use

By using TCG Drop Alerts you agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute or publish the private bot alerts.
• Use automated programs to extract data from the service.
• Share your account with other people.
• Use the service for illegal activities or to harm it.

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account. Except in serious cases, we'll warn you first.

08What we can't guarantee

The service depends on the stores and on Telegram, which we don't control. That's why we don't guarantee:

• That we detect every restock.
• That there is still stock when you reach the store.
• That the price in the alert is final: the store's price always prevails.
• That the service is available without interruptions. Sometimes we'll do maintenance.

09Liability

We are not liable for the buying decisions you make, for store errors or for failures beyond our control. None of this limits the liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, nor your rights as a consumer.

10Intellectual property

The website, the TCG Drop Alerts name and its logo belong to Ilia Maquilón Pérez. Product names and images belong to their respective owners and we only use them to identify the products in the alerts.

11Drops (giveaways)

Drops are free promotional giveaways of sealed product. Each Drop is governed by its own rules, published on its page before it starts; if anything in them clashes with these terms, that Drop's rules prevail.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we'll tell you by email or through the bot at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel your account before it applies.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. First of all, write to us: almost everything gets solved by talking.
