02What TCG Drop Alerts is and isn't

We automatically check the stores we watch and alert you when a product is back in stock, goes on pre-order or drops in price. That information is indicative: it comes from the stores themselves, may contain errors and can go out of date within seconds.

Nothing we show is an offer for sale. We don't sell products or take part in the purchase: you buy directly from the store, at its prices and under its terms. What the store says always prevails.

03Trademarks

TCG Drop Alerts is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak or any of the stores we watch. Pokémon and all other trademarks, product names and images belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products in the alerts.

04Buying a plan

Paid plans are bought on the website and charged through Stripe; we never see or store your card details. In short:

• You can try Plus free for 7 days, with no card. If you don't subscribe when it ends, you go back to the Free plan at no cost.
• Plus is paid monthly and renews automatically until you cancel it. There's no yearly payment and no commitment.
• You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan and billing. You keep the plan until the end of the paid period and won't be charged again.
• As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw by writing to [email protected].

05Drops (giveaways)

Drops are free promotional giveaways of sealed product for the TCG Drop Alerts community. Each Drop has its rules published on its page before it starts, with who organises it, the dates, who can enter, how the winner is chosen and the prize. Entering costs nothing and the prize cannot be exchanged for money.

06Intellectual property

The website design, its texts, the TCG Drop Alerts name and logo and the software behind them belong to Ilia Maquilón Pérez. They may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission.

07Liability and links

We do our best to keep the service running and the information accurate, but we can't guarantee it will be available without interruptions or that stock and prices will be the same when you reach the store. We are not liable for the purchase decisions you make based on that information.

Links to stores and other websites lead to sites we don't control; their content and terms are their own responsibility. None of this limits your rights as a consumer.

08Data protection

The controller of your data is the holder named above. What data we process, why, for how long and how to exercise your rights is in the Privacy policy.

09Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. Before that, write to us at [email protected]: almost everything can be solved by talking.
