Official rules of the TCG Drop Alerts Christmas Drop 2026

01Organiser

The giveaway is organised by Ilia Maquilón Pérez, with tax ID (NIF) 49177955E and address at Plaza Escultor José Planes, 2, 30820 Alcantarilla (Murcia), España, owner of tcgdropalerts.com ("TCG Drop Alerts"). Contact: [email protected].

02Nature

This is a free promotional giveaway. Entering requires no purchase or payment, and having a paid plan does not give more entries. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, The Pokémon Company or Nintendo.

03Dates (Spanish mainland time)

• Close: 21 December 2026 at 23:59.
• Publication of the fingerprint: 22 December 2026, before 9:00.
• Draw: 22 December 2026, with the first prize ("El Gordo") of the Extraordinary Christmas Draw of the Spanish National Lottery.
• Winner announcement: 25 December 2026.
• Deadline to claim the prize: until 1 January 2027 at 23:59.

04Who can enter

Individuals over 18, resident in Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), with a Telegram account. The organiser, people who collaborate with TCG Drop Alerts and their relatives up to the second degree are excluded.

05Requirements

Anyone who meets both takes part:

• a) Having accepted these rules with the «Participar» button of the /drop command of the bot @tcgdropalertbot before the close.
• b) Not leaving the bot (/baja) or blocking it until the draw, on 22 December 2026, because the winner is notified through the bot.

There is no need to try or pay for any plan of the bot, or to be in any Telegram channel or group. Anyone who had already pressed «Participar» before 15 October 2026 stays in the draw without doing anything. Each person and Telegram account has a single entry.

06Publication of the winner (condition for entering)

By pressing «Participar» you accept that, if you win, we publish your Telegram username (or, if you have none, your display name) together with the result on the website (the giveaway page), in our Telegram channel and community and on our TikTok, YouTube and Instagram accounts. This is needed to show that the draw took place. Anyone who does not want it published should not enter.

07How the winner is chosen

• a) At the close the list of entries is frozen. Each entry gets a consecutive number, from 1 to N, and a random code its holder can see in the bot with /drop.
• b) Before 9:00 on 22 December we publish N and the fingerprint: the SHA-256, in lowercase hexadecimal, of the list file. The file has one line per entry, in the format número;código, sorted by number, in UTF-8 and with a final line break.
• c) Winning number = (SHA-256 of the text huella:gordo, read as an integer, modulo N) + 1, where huella is the fingerprint and gordo is the winning number with its five digits.
• d) Substitutes 1 and 2: the same calculation with huella:gordo:1 and huella:gordo:2. If either repeats a number already chosen, the next suffix is used.
• e) After the draw the list file is published, without personal data, so anyone can check their entry and the calculation.
• f) If the El Gordo result is not published that day, the first prize of the next Spanish National Lottery draw will be used.

08Prize

One Pokémon Celebration 30th Anniversary Elite Trainer Box (ETB), in Spanish and factory sealed, worth 60 € (retail price, VAT included). It cannot be exchanged for money or for another product. Shipping is free to anywhere within the scope of point 4, including customs formalities for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. If the product were no longer available, it will be replaced by another of equal or higher value.

09Checks, notice and delivery

• On 22 December we check that the winner meets point 5. If they do not, the prize goes to substitute 1, and then to substitute 2.
• On 25 December we announce the result as set out in point 6, and notify the winner through the bot.
• The winner has until 1 January 2027 to claim it from the same Telegram account, by typing /drop in the bot. There they will give us their name, address and phone number for shipping and confirm that they are of age and live in Spain.
• If they do not claim it in time, the prize goes to the next substitute, with a period of 7 calendar days. If no substitute claims it, the prize is void.

10Taxes

Any taxes on the giveaway are paid by the organiser. Given the prize's value, there is no withholding or payment on account. The prize may be a capital gain that the winner has to declare.

11Fraud

Entries from multiple, automated or fake accounts, and those that breach these rules, will be cancelled.

12Data protection

• Controller: the organiser (point 1).
• Data we process for each entrant: the Telegram identifier, their acceptance of these rules, their entry code and whether they are still with the bot (without having left or blocked it).
• For the winner, also: name, address and phone number for shipping, and the username or display name that is published.
• Purposes: checking the requirements, running the draw, publishing the result and sending the prize.
• Legal basis: performing these rules, which you accept when you enter (including the publication in point 6).
• Retention: the list of entries, until 31 March 2027, for possible claims. Shipping data, until the prize is delivered, unless the law requires otherwise. The winner announcement, published for 12 months.
• Disclosure: only to the carrier that delivers the prize.
• Rights: you can exercise them at [email protected] and file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). More information in the Privacy policy.

13Changes and cancellation

These rules will only change for a justified reason (force majeure or fraud). Any change will be published on this page as a new version, with its date, without harming those already taking part.

Versions of these rules:

• Version 1, of 14 October 2026: publication of the rules.
• Version 2, of 15 October 2026: the requirement of having tried or paid for the bot is removed, and the one of staying in the free Telegram channel becomes not leaving or blocking the bot until the draw, because the winner is notified through the bot (point 5). The winner is published on the website, in our Telegram channel and community, and on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram (point 6). Anyone who had already pressed «Participar» stays in the draw without doing anything.

14Acceptance and governing law

Entering means accepting these rules. They are governed by Spanish law and, for any dispute, the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
